The Smart Valley Board identifies project opportunities and provides guidance to the project teams. Individual projects are led by Advisory Boards made up of leaders from the appropriate sectors of the community. Day-to-day operations, staffing, and support are managed by Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network.
